Jensen Communications is a small business dedicated to providing high quality, personalized computer, networking, and telecommunications support to small businesses without the high costs that are usually involved. One of our biggest assets is honesty. We are a small company, which unfortunately means we cannot do everything. If ever we are presented with something we cannot handle, we will inform you up front. This may mean that we may have to sub-contract that part of the project. This means however, we will not leave you hanging or drag you through a long drawn out ordeal only to tell you at the end that we just cannot complete the project. JensCom is on call for you twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week, always ready for whatever may arise!

One of our specialties is maximizing efficiency with the existing equipment that our customers already own. We try our best to use what you have, as opposed to selling you some fancy, high price piece of equipment you do not really need. Our specialty is computer networking; however, we are equipped to handle problems ranging from a stuck floppy disk to a phone extension issues and most everything in between. We provide personalized attention. When we walk into your office, we like to know who you are, have a general idea how your business runs, and have an idea how your computer system is laid out. This way when problems arise, you will not spend all your time explaining to a tech how and why you have something setup the way you do. We like to make things easy.
